Introduction
In our monthly or bi monthly informal meetings we share our creativity, mostly poetry, short stories and other forms of art. We share our successes and exchange innovative ideas. Certain community issues identified in our meetings are debated and a plan is developed as to how to raise awareness in the community.  We write customized script about the issue and later turn it into a live Theatre Production, usually one large production each year.  See details about our live productions for which we have won awards from the Arts Council.

Introduction

Last three events have been held at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga. The RBC Theatre and the Hammerson Hall and we’ve played to capacity audience (1000)!

Who are the sponsors?

Our last event was sponsored by the Ontario Trillium Foundation. A series of seminars were held before and after the production ‘Questionably Ever After’ about marital issues.

Essilor Canada, Centennial Optical, Viva Canada as well as Sutton Group and other corporate sponsors have sponsored our events on an ongoing basis. We’ve also had private sponsors, business entrepreneurs to promote their business. BNRC and ICNSS (cultural centers) from mississauga also supported and participated in our last project

Message from the University of Romania
On May 15 we celebrate 90 years of Canadian-Romanian diplomatic relations. Lorelei and her mates (students from the University) will present a mini recital of contemporary Canadian poetry - you will be included. Isn't this a nice anticipation of the event you have just announced? (The Book Launch on May 16th)
I'll be with you in spirit.
Love,
Rodica
